I welcome the Home Secretary to the Dispatch Box. One of her first decisions was to announce a review of the case of Gary McKinnon, a constituent of Mr Burrowes. That decision is welcome. Does she have a timetable for when she thinks that she will conclude her review of that case?

I am not able to give the right hon. Gentleman a timetable at the moment. Indeed, I took a decision that we would agree to an adjournment of the judicial review that was due to take place towards the end of May. I was asked whether I would do that and received further representations from Mr McKinnon's legal representatives. I am waiting for those further representations to be received.
There is nothing in law, or in real life politics, to limit such "representations" only to Gary McKinnon's legal team.

regarding the demonstration on thursday nothing wrong with a peacefull demo but hijacked by violent people what setting fire to a bus shelter or trashing parliament square achieved is zero you should give police more options eg water cannon cs gas more mounted police also cant those people be cleared off pavement opp big ben theyve made the point sad to see parliament square trashed like that paul markham p.s i do believe also gary mc kinnon should not be extradted to usa do u.s.a allow u.k to extradite u.s citizens to uk ?

Gary McKinnon is an innocent man. He has committed no crime. The claims of damages are false. If there is any trial it should be in a supreme court and should be a trial by jury with full and public disclosure of what gary has discovered about ufo's and free energy and also anti-gravity.
The law is the law and gary IS innocent.
