As before, WikiLeakS.org seems to be currently experiencing web server / reverse web proxy cache problems.
The DNS aliases around the world seem to resolve ok.
The http://126.96.36.199/ numeric IP address of WikilLeakS.org can still be pinged or tracerouted to ok, from several locations around the world.
There are simply no HTML pages being served by their system at the moment.
As has happened previously on 2nd May, you can sometimes eventually get a Varnish reverse web proxy accelerator software error message:
Error 503 Service Unavailable
Error talking to backend
There does not seem to be any major planned maintenance downtime their hosting company PRQ Internet in Stockholm, Sweden.
Conspiracy or cockup ?
